Connect the power cable supplied with your Xbox 360 into the console and into an available wall outlet. Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI port in the back of the Xbox 360. If you are using an older Xbox 360, or a TV that is not HD compatible, then you may need to use alternative composite audio/video cables.

Plug in your WiFi Adapter and clip it on to the back of the Xbox 360 and turn on the console. Xbox 360 Dashboard --> My Xbox Under the My Xbox menu on the Xbox 360 dashboard, navigate across to System Settings and press A.
